PRINTING FAQs
We also accept and print artwork from our clients. The artwork should be a vector file with extensions such as .PSD, .AI, .EPS, .PDF and .CDR or a bitmap (.JPEG, .JPG, .TIFF and .PNG). Please note that, all fonts used in vector files must be converted to shapes or outlines or embedded. This is because fonts aren’t automatically transferred with a vector file when it is created in programmes like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CorelDraw. When using fonts in these programmes, the text is linked to a font file located on your computer.
The minimum resolution of the bitmap file should be 300 dpi. All files must be saved in CMYK mode, not RGB mode. Images saved in RGB mode may not print properly. All files can be sent to us at sales@ptcreativityandimprints.com.
A proof is a way of ensuring that all of your text is accurate and that everything is positioned according to your requirements.
