Our turnaround time for a logo design from draft designs to completion is typically 3 days to 2 weeks, subject to number of revisions.

Yes! When the first set of designs are presented to you,you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request modifications if required. You can request as many changes as you want, however we have up to 5 revision rounds on our least package. In the unlikely event that additional revisions are required beyond this, they will be charged at a cost of GH¢20 per revision round, and will be added onto the final invoice.

Yes! On completion of the logo design project, and once final payment has been made, the copyright for the final agreed logo is automatically transferred to you with an accompany copyright transfer document.

This transferred means you can do anything you want with the logo. You retain the exclusive rights to print, display and distribute the design. I only ask that I can include the logo in my portfolio as an example of work carried out.

No! Copyright or trademark registration is something that can be carried out by a trademark attorney on your behalf, or you can do it yourself through the responsible government agencies.

Copyrights primarily protect the rights of people who create literary, dramatic, musical, artistic, logo, and certain other original works software code or computer program. Trademarks protects the use of a company's name and its product names, brand identity (like logos), and slogans. In fact, the two protections are so legally distinct they are managed by two different offices in Ghana. Trademarks fall under the auspices of the Registrar-General's Department, while copyrights are granted by Copyright Registration Office.
